As a photographer, I'm always looking for ways to satisfy my ever increasing thirst for knowledge on the creative, technical and business side of my field. The Wedding and Portrait Photographers International (WPPI) convention and tradeshow in Las Vegas is by far one of the most educational events held annually for those who attend. With over 300 vendors, and 75 guest speakers, there is something to help inspire, and spark the imagination of the creative mind of every attendee.

Sunday was the much anticipated Sony Fashion Show, hosted by Nigel Barker. His entrance was greeted with much applause, as he is known as one of the top fashion photographers in the world. He spoke about his sponsor and his preferred camera of choice, Sony. As the models entered the room, you could see the cameras raise, and photographers happily snap away. For many, this was their very first fashion show.
